You Don’t Need To Do More To Have More

The key lies in bringing ourselves to the healing process and discovering what we truly want in each moment. Engaging in this healing process can allow for us to connect with our inner compass, guided by our true north!

  • You Don’t Have To Do More To Have More: Period. In fact, you can do less and have more if you’d like, and you can also simply begin to bring yourself to the healing process and realize you may not want the more you thought you did. Maybe you even just wanted more of yourself available in each moment and for your life to feel like it’s actually your own.
  • When You Bring Yourself To The Healing Process: When you bring yourself to the healing process, you begin to connect with your inner compass, guided by your true north, vs. scrambling to find and getting lost by trying to use that which does not match your unique journey and your unique destination.
  • Stay With What Is: When you appreciate what you have, what you have appreciates.
  • Lack Of Resources: Lack of resources- lack of time, money, energy, connections, status, etc.- is rarely, if ever, the only problem and chasing them is rarely, if ever, a satisfying solution.
  • Envision: We may feel incapable of having it all, but if we get real with ourselves, we don’t even want it all. We simply want what we want and when we begin to own that, it comes to life!
