On Depression And How We Can Begin To Access Relief

Accepting where you are now allows you to see and choose the choices available. What is the next best step for you? Once you identify this, step up with yourself intentionally, reaching in to make the choice to move forward and up.

, the choices that represent capability versus the one ones that disconnect us from our true nature.
Expression: Oppression- Suppression (subconscious)- Repression (unconscious) forms Depression- feeling shut down, powerless and disconnected, while expression can be a valuable way out and through.
Pause: When we pause, the universe has the opportunity to lean into us as we process and integrate the experiences we have experienced. Here, we can note what works and what does not and step up and into the choices that grow us while stabilizing the system through sent signals of safety
Well-Differentiated Self: It’s important to note the choices that feel healthy, expansive and representative of who we truly are vs. the ones that do not. Each individual is unique, and it’s important to honor this quality, guided by your inner compass, embedded in the innate “what of who you are.”
