It’s time to build a solid foundation predicated on love for yourself while making choices that lead to balance and an increased state of being. You matter. You count. You make a difference and so do your choices. Even if it doesn’t feel like it, you do. That’s the difference between your feelings and the truth. Without trying for it, you and your life are already meaningful.
- You Matter: Your day matters and how you show up in the world matters- because you matter.
- Validation: The most important words are the ones you speak to yourself. Instead of outsourcing validation, you can begin to use your words to send yourself this empowering message.
- When You Feel Like You Don’t Matter: Remember that you do. When you shut down, withdraw or try to prove yourself. Notice.
- Reinforcing New Patterns: You can reinforce new patterns by choosing what you believe in and aligning your choices accordingly. What you say goes, you hold the power, your thoughts and feelings do not- so when they are out of alignment, shift your perspective and act accordingly- bring yourself back when you drift and watch your power come right back to you.
