Reflecting back on this past year, it has been such a whirlwind. There has been so much change, and so much growth.

As this year comes to a close and we enter into a new chapter, I’d like to share a list of questions that can assist you in bringing this past year full circle and in creating more clean, clear and available space for the new year. I have found that questions are a great way to connect us to the other side and bridge this gap.

But before we begin, I am going to encourage you to connect with your heart and take a moment to feel your heart beat and return to the present moment.

Once you feel at peace and centered, let’s dive into some questions that can help you engage the Let Go & Grow process, where we are simultaneously interested in letting go of the old and bringing in the new.

To do this, we must look at and learn from our experiences so that we can let go of them, and they can let go of us.

Here are several questions that can help you do just this…

  • What challenges have you moved through this year?
  • What have you let go of this year?
  • What are the most important lessons you have learned this year?
  • In what ways have you grown and changed this year?
  • What will you take into next year?
  • Finally, in one word, how would you sum up this year?

Last but not least, I want you to take a moment to just soak this past year in, to acknowledge it for what it has been for you, to look at how you are interested in changing and to celebrate what you have accomplished.

If you need to read this article again, by all means, take your time, these are big questions- and just asking them alone can be a therapeutic process. The answers are secondary. Even if they haven’t come in just yet, continue to be receptive and to allow the process to unfold- they inevitably will.

Finally, for more information, support and a tried and true springboard, feel free to check out the Let Go & Grow program, we would love to have you in there! This is the exact process I teach in my practice and apply in my own life, and have seen time and time again be a catalyst for radiant health, freedom and a life lived true to you.

To this wild and wonderful journey! Cheers to you.
