On Being With It
In this episode, we talk about the power of just being with it, and simply noting what is coming up as a part of the process.
- You: You are the source of the light, and the light can dispel darkness through your conscious awareness and the simple notation of what is.
- Step 1 and 2 Always: Step 1, plug the light in through a reconnecting to yourself through your heartbeat. Step 2, turn the light on, and remember that you are the only one that can turn it on, through your power of choice.
- Step 3: Step 3, engage the let go & grow process, kicked off through observation of what is and is not.
- Unpack: Take your time and give yourself the space to unpack and to see your experiences for what they truly are, to be with it- being, seeing- and watch how your realizations deepen as you unhook distraction and the reflexive impulse to skip ahead, get dragged down by the past, aimlessly move through the motions, analyze and-or check out. And remember that unpacking the “closet”, means that you are on the path of healing, clearing and releasing.
- Empower: You are not small. You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed, and there is nothing wrong with you. You are whole and complete and able to hold it all, the dark and the light, to let go and grow- but as you do, be kind to yourself, remember that you are a human being, be open to love and compassion, and to forgiveness of yourself and others, as you walk this path. Choose choices with intention and surround yourself with the beautiful vibrations that match, taking in light, with deep cleansing breaths, to allow the new, desired patterns to saturate and the old to fade away and fall off into the distance.
