  • Moving Towards: When we focus in on moving towards health creation, we naturally opt out of disease and can then have the actual at-bat of enjoying our experiences along the way.
  • Standards: When we commit to a certain standard of conversation with the self we can move forward in an accelerated way, where we set the bar and move beyond it.
  • Just Joking: Just joking can be a a way of trying on and playing with new energy.
  • Meaning It: When we gain enough confidence we can mean what we once joked about and continue to lighten up into the joke, even though we know in our heart’s center what is actually true.
  • Windows Of Reality: The window in which we see our reality through often begins to open and sometimes shatter based on the truth and our experience of it. Often, having and holding and embodying the experience itself allows us to know what we know and navigate directly back to and through, time and time again. It’s one thing for one plus one to equal two- it’s another to receive the dividends. Dividends are brought about when we own ourselves, live by our truth and choose to grow.
