Going with our Fall pumpkin theme, I wanted to bring you one of my favorite smoothie recipes- that I learned a version of while working at the Biltmore’s Organic Juice & Smoothie bar in college, @univmiami!
I try to keep everything as simple as possible so all you need is: 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin, 1/2 of a frozen banana, 8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk, a scoop of vanilla or pumpkin spice protein powder + pumpkin pie spice or ice cubes as needed for more of a kick (I typically don’t add either)- voila, blend!
