What you want wants you to it wants you right back. Your desires are placed within you for a reason. Allow them to take you on a journey, and you will become free in the process.
2. Healthy tip to consider
What is best for you, is best for all. Take some time for yourself this week. What would you do if you had two free hours? If this feels right, embrace it, create the space to reset in this way.
ideas: read that book, watch the sunset, call an old friend, plant a vegetable, sleep in, drive to the beach, take a walk, go to the movies, buy a magazine.
3. A thought leader I love
Esther Perel focuses her practice on redefining relationships, time and time again. After I saw her Ted Talk here, I knew I wanted to learn more about her work and undergo her training. Aside from teaching practitioners, her website is full of incredible information- and she also has a podcast which you can find right here. Many of my patients love it!
4. What I just worked on and watched

5. Healthy Pancakes?! Yes please.
GF/DF [Gluten Free, Dairy Free] options are easy to choose, especially when they beat conventional choices. If you love pancakes- but would like to opt out of the sugar, gluten and dairy. Check out this blend by Birch Benders. They are so good and very easy to make!
