1. Session Note From The Week
Transitions are a part of the journey. When you want to check out, check in and allow yourself to open up just enough to relax into time and space by breathing through your transitions with a focus, forward. Owning your transitions through the choice to be present is like turning the light on, giving you the opportunity to turn the experience resistance, a natural part of change, into an experience of expansion and growth- where you can make the uncomfortable, comfortable through your power of choice and creating the condition to cultivate this sort of transformation. Alchemy!

In this new section, we are going to officially feature the people and organizations in the community that make a positive difference. 4. Beyond Ramen
I’ve recently decided that I would like to learn how to cook from the ground up. In this new section of heartbeat, I will be sharing tips on how to cook in a simple way. I’m thinking one appliance, one recipe, and one tip at a time. Simple prep and clean up, a few ingredients, low carb, and medicinal.
