1. Session Note From The Week
Transitions are a part of the journey. When you want to check out, check in and allow yourself to open up just enough to relax into time and space by breathing through your transitions with a focus, forward. Owning your transitions through the choice to be present is like turning the light on, giving you the opportunity to turn the experience resistance, a natural part of change, into an experience of expansion and growth- where you can make the uncomfortable, comfortable through your power of choice and creating the condition to cultivate this sort of transformation. Alchemy!
This week, I was featured in the It’s Just Yoga Magazine, on the healing power of community. For the article, check here.
3. Local Love
In this new section, we are going to officially feature the people and organizations in the community that make a positive difference. We are going to bring in little gemstones from their journey to assist us in ours. Stay tuned and feel free to check out what we’ve already been up to in an unofficial way over on our Instagram: @drbrookestuart! If you have any suggestions, please feel free to reply to this email or DM us on IG.
4. Beyond Ramen
I’ve recently decided that I would like to learn how to cook from the ground up. In this new section of heartbeat, I will be sharing tips on how to cook in a simple way. I’m thinking one appliance, one recipe, and one tip at a time. Simple prep and clean up, a few ingredients, low carb, and medicinal.
To be a part of this journey, make sure to follow along right here. We’ll definitely be documenting the journey in our stories on IG!
5. Healthy Tip
Take moment to relax into your experience, release the tension from your system and breathe. Feel your heartbeat.

There is something about coming together as a community that helps us to connect and come home to ourselves.

Through heartbeat, I will continue to share popular favorites and bring the best of what I learn and teach each week to this community.
This newsletter is a living, breathing thread, meant to be an ongoing dialogue and an experiential journey- intentionally created to be a gift each week, and I will always honor you and treat it that way.

For more information, support and a tried and true springboard that can help you address the fundamentals and experience the power you are meant to have, make sure to schedule a free consult and check out the Let Go & Grow Tool Kit, which is paired with a private LG&G Facebook Group for community support. We would love to have you in there! This is the exact process I teach my patients and apply in my own life, and have seen time and time again become a catalyst for radiant health, freedom and a life lived true to you.
