Often, I listen to books but in an effort to expand time, discipline the mind and access different parts of myself, I’ve decided to read a book, The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. Reading books has also been proven to improve brain connectivity and function.

4. Neuroplasticity 
Neuroplasticity also known as brain plasticity, neuroelasticity, or neural plasticity can be defined as the ability for the brain to change over time throughout one’s life. As a system, we are continuously strengthening and weakening, regenerating or degenerating through our experiences and choices. Your choices matter.

5. Looking Into This Tool
