Transitions, transitions and movement forward are key to a graceful life experience. In order to smoothly flow with the twists and turns, transitions must be mastered. Here, adopting a new language around them that aligns with the journey versus the destination, a focus on learning and the fundamentals, versus the highs and lows, can allow us to click in, to be and develop with the natural momentum of our lives. Use your spices! Cream of Tartar, this simple kitchen staple has a myriad of health benefits, ranging from the stabilization of blood sugar to unhooking addictive behavior, draining edema to clearing the skin and potentially even UTI’s. Feel free to read a bit more right here.
