I wrote this article on holiday stress a couple of years ago, it’s simple but tried and true. My favorite? Step #2: embody the holiday spirit… I even geek out over the word holiday… it’s such a good word.. originally meaning: holy day in old English.

4. LG&G Mug
I’ve literally been using this mug every morning- a simple reminder and the perfect time to reconnect, reset and remember.

5. One more random tip!
Before you go to sleep at night, take out your journal, outline the next day. What is important for you to accomplish? How can you meet the criteria?
