1. Session Note From The Week
Yes, and- when an experience enters your life whether it’s a feeling, thought, symptom, person, place, thing or situation, welcome it in, make space to observe it and then choose, with your power and authority how you want to perceive, interact with and interpret it. This does not mean you have to like, condone or want to recreate it- but it does mean that you can own it vs. it owning you.

3. Coronavirus Resource
This week, I was interviewed by Jeff Biletnikoff, host of the Women Really Mean Business podcast by Athena International, as a contribution to their coronavirus collection. The interview is 13 min., feel free to check it out right here– it’s the last interview on the page.

In summary, your choices matter, how you treat yourself, your body and your life at this time makes a difference, and it doesn’t always take much to shift the tide. Which version of yourself will you choose to tap into?

4. Beyond Ramen
This week, on my new nameless show… which you can check out on IGTV or my website… I shared a blackberry sunflower butter smoothie recipe + tips on a video titled smoothie building 101

ingredients: 1 cup of blackberries, 8 oz. of macadamia nut milk, 2 tbsp. of sunflower seed butter, 2 tsp. of matcha powder and 2 scoops of vital proteins powder.

recipe: add to a blender and voila! blend.

All ingredients available through amazon, can now be found in the Beyond Ramen category of our store!

5. Healthy Tip
Keep it simple. It may seem obvious but anything less than whole foods, brought to you directly from nature, can cause issues- cravings, fatigue, exhaustion, inflammation, mental health, immune and digestive issues, etc. Over the past year, I have had at least one organic sparkling water a day- and just this past week, after struggling with a bit of fatigue and cravings, I thought, that may not be healthy. May sensory system felt like it was on over drive. So, I cut out the organic sparkling water with natural flavor- and my cravings subsided, my power returned and even, my energy improved. The lesson here, back to basics. Keep it simple- challenge assumptions, observe your experiences, learn and move forward from there!
