Welcome to heartbeat, our 5 topic newsletter the life of the Let Go & Grow Community! I am so happy you are here.

Here, you will continue to receive direct messages, practical tips and all of my favorite recommendations on all things health x growth- straight to your inbox every Sunday.

To keep it simple, I will only choose 5. 5 carefully curated recommendations and resources that can directly impact your health, well-being and whole life experience.

Think session notes, new exercises, supplements, health gadgets, podcasts, books, recipes and more.

So let’s get started shall we?.. with 5.

1. Session Note From The Week
Keep it positive. Focus on what is- all that you are, all that you have, all that you can do and cut as much of the noise out as possible. Pull the weeds to let the light in. Let Go & Grow!

Here, you can begin to release the negative by simply identifying it and choosing not to believe in it. Other tactics include: keeping your ecosystem intentionally light and expansive. This doesn’t mean you have to fear deep, dark conversations or issues that come up- it just means that you can choose what you allow in and the filter of perception in which is passes. You can choose how you manage your time and space, how you care for your mind and body, the conversations you have, the energy you bring to the table, and how you show up each day in this world.

If you need additional support on this, make sure to check out the LG&G Tool Kit, where you will also receive access to a private FB group for community support.

All of my patients also receive access to the LG&G Tool Kit and community, so if you are interested in coming on board, feel free to book a free consult here. We are now welcoming new patients into our telemedicine practice with user friendly virtual sessions.

2. Netflix Show
If you need a light, feel good Netflix show, make sure to check out Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, where her mission is to clear clutter and spark joy through cleaning! Even the trailer has the unique ability!

3. Grow Local Love [Virtual Edition]
As you may know, I love flower remedies! This week, I tried the expansive presence anointing oil by Lotus Wei and felt an immediate shift. This remedy works to dissolve states of contraction for states of expansion and presence to naturally emerge. Feel free to read more right here!

4. Beyond Ramen
As of this week, I am proud to announce that I am the owner of a Cuisinart Air Fryer. This appliance has already changed my life. It cooks everything perfectly with the flip of two switches- time and temperature- on the air fryer setting. I have cooked chicken wings to perfection (20 min., 400) with Borsari Orginal Spice and Cayenne, beef short ribs and a ribeye. Today, I’ll try salmon, and I can’t wait to try more items to share! As I have mentioned, I eat very, very simply- because this is what my body at this point in time calls for. I understand that most people prefer to have more well rounded meals… which we will absolutely continue to share, as this newsletter’s purpose to be helpful to you- but I do want you to know that it is okay to eat simply, whether that is just a piece of salmon with lemon, garlic and sea salt or an apple with nut butter or a sweet potato with cinnamon and vanilla ghee.

However today, to keep your interest! I wanted to healthify a fun, new trend… breakfast boards (pictured here), where people are making pancake charcuterie boards with fresh fruit and beautiful sides.

Here is how I would make one: Birchbender’s paleo pancakes cooked in vanilla ghee, fruit of your choice (I love cherries, berries and banana), sunflower seed butter, pure maple or Lakanto sugar free syruphomemade nutellaLily’s chocolate chips, and Wellshire Beef Bacon– because it is high quality and sugar free.

5. Healthy Tip
Healthy food equals a healthy mood. This week, make sure to keep your spirits high with the food you put on the table: think nutrient dense fatty fish, dark chocolate, eggs, avocado, banana, berries, coffee, cinnamon, turmeric, matcha and green tea!

All of these foods have been proven to up level mood… but as always, listen deeply to your body and how it responds to each item. To learn how to do this, you can book a free 20 min. holistic consultation right here.
