Welcome to heartbeat, our 5 topic newsletter the life of the Let Go & Grow Community! I am so happy you are here.
Here, you will continue to receive direct messages, practical tips and all of my favorite recommendations on all things health x growth- straight to your inbox every Sunday.
To keep it simple, I will only choose 5. 5 carefully curated recommendations and resources that can directly impact your health, well-being and whole life experience.
Think session notes, new exercises, supplements, health gadgets, podcasts, books, recipes and more.
So let’s get started shall we?.. with 5.
1. Session Note From The Week
Clear the noise. Begin to unhook the distraction, have the tough conversation and be with what is uncomfortable- to inevitably move forward from that place inside you, where your power of choice resides.
Earlier this week, my latest podcast interview, where we spoke about how to boost the immune system and lower anxiety during these times, was released by Sonni Abatta, create or the 30 Something Podcast, where she keeps it real and shares incredible advice on motherhood, health, wellness and all things beauty and lifestyle!
3. Grow Local Love
Earlier this week, I saw company’s like the Sanctum put together a virtual Farmer’s Market, East End Market continue take out and this incredible list by Orlando Weekly detailing all of the places that deliver, provide cursbide pick up and take out in the Orlando area.
I, alongside It’s Just Yoga, also released a new online version of the One Moment Meditation, which you can watch for the next 24 hours through my IG Live right here!
4. Beyond Ramen
To be totally honest, we tried to make a Hawaiin Barbacoa last night, nice in theory- but it came out waaay to salty and the meat too tough. I won’t put you through that so we resorted to eating these keto cups– those were about a 7/10, worth sharing!
Not to worry, we’ll be back next week with something edible [hopefully]!
5. Healthy Tip
Vitamin C. Several Studies have suggested Vitamin C to boost the immune system and clear the coronavirus. For all of my recommendations and 15% off of the highest quality products- from a variety of different brands, make sure to sign up for my Fullscript supplement dispensary and check out the immune support section for my most up to date recommendations.
