Welcome to the third issue of heartbeat, the life of the Let Go & Grow Community and our redefined newsletter! I am so happy you are here. Here, you will receive direct messages, practical tips and all of my favorite recommendations on all things health x growth- straight to your inbox..

To keep it simple, I will only choose 5. 5 carefully curated recommendations and resources that can directly impact your health, well-being and whole life experience.

Think session notes, new exercises, supplements, health gadgets, podcasts, books, recipes and more.

So let’s get started shall we?.. with 5.

1. Session note from the week
If you are wondering if you are settling, you are. If you aren’t sure if it’s right, it’s not.

This doesn’t mean it has to be “perfect” in the neurotic sense- it just means it has to be right for you, and when it is, you will know. The beauty here is that there isn’t a rush. Awareness is key, and you can work with your present experiences until it is, through practical choices and choosing to be open to new perspectives, ideas and solutions.

2. Healthy tip to consider
Optimism. Optimism is practical, and it is very different than delusional positivity- as it allows us to open up to the possibilities, explore life with enthusiasm, and grow through life’s challenges with more grace and ease. This directly promotes connection and a sense of expansion, rewiring the nervous system for health in the process. For more on this topic + steps to make it happen, check here.

3. A book I like to have around
Life is Good by Bert and John Jacobs is a book I keep around at all times, as a reminder that “superpowers” can be found within and life is a journey, filled with purpose.

4. What I listened to and loved
In theme with the Life is Good book recommended above, I listened to an interview with Bert Jacobs, co-founder of Life is Good, the company- his journey reminded me of the importance of intuition and the power of optimism.

5. Healthy food bar to look into
Many of my patients are on the go looking for easy ways to regulate blood sugar and stay full throughout the day. Certain bars can be helpful in these situations. I typically look for bars that have simple ingredients, made without gluten and dairy, are high in protein and fiber and very low in sugar, ideally even less than 3 grams. This bar by Julian Bakery meets this criteria. If you are a vegan, you can check out this option.

For more options, you can check out a new project I have been working on right here. My Amazon store is still a work in progress, but I’m beginning to fill it with resources and recommendations!

Through heartbeat, I plan to bring the best of what I learn and teach each week to this community.

This newsletter is a living, breathing thread, meant to be a dialogue and a journey of self discovery and exploration so we can show up as the most radiant versions of ourselves and give back in the most beautiful ways. We are all inexplicably connected- what effects one effects all, what is best for one is best for all.

So thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey, into your life and for joining this incredible community. This newsletter is meant to be a gift, and I will always honor you and treat it that way.

Here’s to your growth!

Love,

Brooke

P.S. If you haven’t already connected with me through Instagram and Facebook, make sure to do so. Through these platforms, I am able to provide empowering information throughout the week and spontaneously story and answer questions through live Q & A’s!

For more information, support and a tried and true springboard that can help you address the fundamentals and experience the power you are meant to have, make sure to schedule a free consult and check out the Let Go & Grow Tool Kit, which is paired with a private LG&G Facebook Group for community support. We would love to have you in there! This is the exact process I teach my patients and apply in my own life, and have seen time and time again become a catalyst for radiant health, freedom and a life lived true to you.
