Connection is the bridge to the other side, and we can connect, over and over again- by taking a step back, returning to the present moment and remembering who, what and where we are. From this place, we can choose to observe rather than judge our experiences. Certain perspectives are a form of connection, like observation, where others are a form of division, like judgment. If you are finding it difficult to connect, start with a simple question: How can I learn from this experience? What is the next best step for me? What can work here?
These questions will naturally connect you to your experiences, building bridge to the other side.

We are hardwired for human connection, community, engagement and togetherness. Are you surrounding yourself with people, conversations and ecosystems that build you up or tear you down? Are you expanding, at ease, feeling like yourself or contracting, in a state of distress?
