A proper diet has the ability to satiate, sustain and fuel your life- if you diet is not meeting this criteria and you are thinking of food constantly, craving and in an addictive cycle, something is off.

3. Flower Remedies
If you have been following me for a while, you probably know how much I love flower remedies. I love how they associate deep seated issues with the lightness of a flower. In my practice I create personalized Bach flower remedies for my patients to assist them in clearing the issues they are moving through, and I also use Lotus Wei products during the treatment experience.

4. 3 min.
3 min.- just 3 min., if you feel inspired, I’m going to challenge you to set a timer for 3 min. every morning this week to simply place your hands on your heart and feel your heart beat. Take this time for you and intentionally, set the tone of your day. Allow yourself to become present and receptive to each moment as your heart guides you back to who, what and where you are.
I’ve literally been using this mug every morning- a simple reminder and the perfect time to reconnect, reset and remember- to do just this.

If you haven’t seen I Am Not Your Guru on Netflix, I highly recommend it- you may wind up in tears, but it is so worth it! You are a masterpiece and your life is your creation- only you can lead your life.
