Welcome to the eleventh issue of heartbeat, the life of the Let Go & Grow Community! I am so happy you are here. Here, you will continue to receive direct messages, practical tips and all of my favorite recommendations on all things health x growth- straight to your inbox every Sunday morning.

To keep it simple, I will only choose 5. 5 carefully curated recommendations and resources that can directly impact your health, well-being and whole life experience.

Think session notes, new exercises, supplements, health gadgets, podcasts, books, recipes and more.

So let’s get started shall we?.. with 5.

1. Session note from the week
Acknowledge all that is- the good, bad, ugly- and just be with it, observe it and continue to be receptive to learning from it. Acknowledging what is, what’s coming and what is inside of you is the first step to setting your system free.

2. Healthy tip to consider
If you feel tension within your system and- or a certain part of your body, you can acknowledge it by simply placing your hands over the area and breathing into, in through your nose and out through your mouth- this form of connection can kickstart the healing process. So when you feel pain, instead of fighting it, connect to and acknowledge it, and then watch how your loving attention, through observation, begins to transform and heal the space. You are that powerful, and I want you to remember that.

3. Let Go & Grow quote
“What you resist, persists, and becomes more painful- all to get your attention and set you free.” – quote taken directly from the Let Go & Grow Program

4. A book I love
In When the Body Says No, Dr. Gabor Mate explores the stress-disease connection and how he has seen the mind and body interact through decades of compassionate inquiry and clinical experience as a physician- on a side note, if you haven’t heard of Gabor, you may want to google him- his down to earth vibe in easy to fall in love with!

5. Favorite face mask
If you love a good face mask, you may want to check out this Clear Improvement Active Charcoal clay one by Origins. Skin, of course, differs from person to person- but if your pores are feeling a bit clogged, this mask will help them breathe, and the results are so noticeable, even right away!
