Matcha Maca Latte

Many of my patients are highly sensitive and struggle with the consumption of coffee. Drinking coffee can be a beautiful ritual and have many benefits when well tolerated but for some it can cause more harm than good.

This is when I went in search for a healthy alternative that could replace the ritual, bring about a calm focus, strengthen the stress response and benefit my patient’s overall health and well-being. Cue the Matcha Maca Latte.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. of Matcha
  • 1 tsp. of Maca
  • 1 cup of Nut Milk (I prefer unsweetened vanilla hemp or almond)

Additional Ingredients to Consider

Instructions

Blend the ingredients of your choice together, then heat up on the stove (never in the microwave) or serve over ice!
